  1. Cook Fast Fixin' Italian Style Meatballs according to package directions.
  2. Heat olive oil and onions to a large pot on the stove over medium-high heat until the onions are translucent. Add garlic and toss for another minute.
  3. Pour beef stock and remaining ingredients (excluding the cheese) to the pot and simmer on medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Add cooked meatballs to pot and simmer another 5-10 minutes.
  5. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and serve.
