  1. Place meatballs in a slow cooker.
  2. In a owl, combine ketchup, tomato sauce, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and vinegar.
  3. Pour over Beef Meatballs and stir gently to coat.
  4. Cover; cook on high setting for 2-3 hours.
  5. Serve immediately or keep warm on low setting up to 2 hours.
  6. Serve with toothpicks
