Steak and Potato Au Gratin
- 4 Fast Classics Country Fried Steaks

6 small potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 c. cream
1 c. Parmesan cheese
½ c. beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine potatoes, cream, Parmesan cheese, beef broth and salt and pepper. Pour into a lightly greased casserole. Bake covered for 30 minutes.
